Membership Terms

Recurring billing. Your plan renews each month until you cancel.
Amount and currency. We charge the plan price in US Dollars (USD). A receipt is sent to your email.
Manage membership. Update card, see invoices, or cancel in the Stripe Customer Portal (link provided in your email receipts).
Cancellation. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. We refund duplicate charges and confirmed card fraud. For other cases, refunds are handled at our discretion.
Failed payments. Stripe retries failed charges; if retries fail, the membership may be paused or cancelled.
Plan changes. If plan changes are allowed, upgrades may bill a prorated amount; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Price updates. If prices change, we will notify you before your next renewal.
Public recognition. We list your name only if you gave consent. You can request removal anytime by contacting us.
Privacy. We use your data to manage your membership and send receipts/updates. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Tax status. Nature Guardians Foundation is a registered nonprofit in Delaware, USA (Entity ID: 1026546 · EIN: 39-3358456).
Eligibility. You confirm you are authorized to use this payment method and are at least 18 years old.
