Donation Terms

One-time charge. Your card is charged once for the amount you choose.
Processor. Payments are handled by Stripe for Nature Guardians Foundation.
Receipt. We email a receipt after payment.
Refunds. We refund duplicate charges and confirmed card fraud. For other cases, refunds are handled at our discretion.
Use of funds. Donations support our mission activities. If a project is overfunded or unavailable, funds may be redirected to our general mission.
Public recognition. We list your name only if you gave consent. You can request removal anytime by contacting us.
Privacy. We use your data to process the donation and send receipts/updates. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Tax status. Nature Guardians Foundation is a registered nonprofit in Delaware, USA (Entity ID: 1026546 · EIN: 39-3358456).
Eligibility. You confirm you are authorized to use this payment method and are at least 18 years old.
